Rental Availability

Updated Reservation Policy: The rental policy for the GSA Lounge has been recently been reviewed and modified. For Fall Quarter 2018, the GSA lounge will only be accepting reservations from graduate student organizations and organizations that work directly (but not
necessarily exclusively) with graduate students. The GSA Executive Board will revisit the new policy at the end of Fall Quarter 2018. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Please direct any questions about/requests for lounge rentals to gsaloungereservations@gmail.com.

Note:  GSA has a standing reservation on the first Tuesday of each month from 5pm to 9pm for its monthly Assembly Meeting, beginning at 6pm (all graduate students are welcome to attend).
